Join Seattle Audubon Master Birders  Wendy Walker and Clair Ervin in discovering your local birds, how to identify them, when and where to find them. The fall migration is a great time to view the many birds of our area as they head south for the winter. Learn more about them by attending these events
What’s the difference between a “sit” event and our Neighborhood Bird Outings? Instead of hiking to see the birds, you sit still and let the birds come to you. Participants are encouraged to drop by at any time and stay for as long as they like. This event is located in a grassy area, and anyone is welcome to bring a folding chair and get comfy. Snacks (for people, not birds) are optional, but a nice touch.
Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and shoes. Events will be held  rain or shine but in dangerous weather conditions.  We will meet in the parking area and sit on the lawn.
No registration needed, please leave pets at home.
